It's the fastest-growing city in usa for a long time , it's infrastructure is unable to catch up to the demand . 

Especially highways are chocked up since Texas is just as pathetic as any other US state in building them on time

prices of < 500k will not scare any ppl moving from california. they are for the long run and they already must have enough savings too.

heard similar stories , cost of living high unna cities lo unde janalu trying to buy near areas like Austin to rent because they can not buy home in their city , maintenance etla possible assalu vere city nunchi unless they have family or really close friends, even for friends this will be a hassle to constantly monitor and they will begin to resent these people..
