During his first day in office, the newly-inaugurated president revoked the construction permit for the Keystone XL oil pipeline, thus destroying thousands of jobs. And not just any jobs — but union jobs. Elections have consequences, obama did not approve it. Trump approve it in apr 2020. I have read the lost jobs report, most of them are seasonal or temporary at a max of 3900 jobs for 2 year. when the project get completed only 50 jobs sone may be in canada, in reality may be 35 jobs are lost for a protecting the environment.
