automobile hub : partially true , isuze started before 2014 itself ,  hero motors started in 2019 . Overall part of greater Chennai hub 

airport :Mostly fake  some land acquisition started , no funds alloted .

Dugarajapatnam port : fake , center already deemed the project unviable and shelved it in 2017 itself

Tourism hub : fake , paltry sums alloted 

Smart City : fake , Nellore is not selected as smart City

Institute of hotel management : True , Venkaiah naidu lobbied heavily and got central institute  IITTM near his home village 

Marine institute : Fake , no land or funds  alloted as of 2021

Fertilizer factory : Fake , a proposal was made by central ministry and no follow up was done .
