r2d2 Posted February 3, 2021 Report Posted February 3, 2021 ఆక్యుజెన్తో ఒప్పందాన్ని ఖరారు చేసిన భారత్ బయోటెక్ సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం బదిలీకి నిర్ణయం ఈనాడు - హైదరాబాద్ కొవిడ్ నిరోధానికి దేశీయంగా అభివృద్ధి చేసిన ‘కొవాగ్జిన్’ టీకాను భారత్ బయోటెక్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ అమెరికా విపణికి అందించనుంది. ఇందుకోసం అమెరికా ‘నాస్డాక్’లో నమోదైన ఆక్యుజెన్ అనే కంపెనీతో భాగస్వామ్యం కుదుర్చుకుంది. ఆక్యుజెన్తో కలిసి ముందుకు సాగనున్నట్లు, గతంలోనే వెల్లడించినా, వాణిజ్యీకరణ (కమర్షియలైజేషన్) ఒప్పందాన్ని తాజాగా కుదుర్చుకున్నట్లు భారత్ బయోటెక్ వెల్లడించింది. ఈ ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం ఆక్యుజెన్ సంస్థ యూఎస్లో ‘కొవాగ్జిన్’ టీకాపై క్లినికల్ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించడమే కాకుండా, అవసరమైన అనుమతులు (యూఎస్ - బయోలాజిక్స్ లైసెన్స్ అప్లికేషన్) తీసుకుని విక్రయాలు చేపట్టాల్సి ఉంటుంది. తొలిదశలో కొవాగ్జిన్ టీకా డోసులను భారత్ బయోటెక్ సరఫరా చేస్తుంది. ఆ తర్వాత టీకాను అమెరికాలో తయారు చేయడానికి వీలుగా సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని ఆక్యుజెన్కు బదిలీ చేస్తుంది. కొవాగ్జిన్ టీకాపై క్లినికల్ పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ, తయారీ అనుమతుల కోసం ఆక్యుజెన్ శాస్త్రవేత్తల బృందం ఇప్పటికే అమెరికా ఔషధ నియంత్రణ సంస్థ (యూఎస్ఎఫ్డీఏ), బయోమెడికల్ అడ్వాన్స్డ్ రీసెర్చ్ అండ్ డెవలప్మెంట్ అథారిటీ లతో సంప్రదింపులు చేపట్టింది. అమెరికాలో నిర్వహిస్తున్న టీకాల కార్యక్రమానికి కొవాగ్జిన్ సరఫరా చేయాలనే ఆలోచన కూడా ఆక్యుజెన్కు ఉంది. దీనికి అనుగుణంగా పెద్దసంఖ్యలో టీకా డోసులు సరఫరా చేయడానికి అక్కడి కాంట్రాక్టు తయారీ కంపెనీలతో ఆక్యుజెన్ యాజమాన్యం మాట్లాడుతోంది. * అమెరికాలో కొవాగ్జిన్ విక్రయాలపై వచ్చిన లాభాల్లో 45 శాతం వాటా ఆక్యుజెన్ది కాగి మిగిలిన సొమ్ము భారత్ బయోటెక్కు లభిస్తుంది. అమెరికాకు మంచి పరిష్కారం యూకే రకం కరోనా వైరస్ మీద కూడా కొవాగ్జిన్ సమర్థంగా పనిచేస్తుందని లేబొరేటరీ పరీక్షల్లో వెల్లడైంది. ఈ టీకాను 2- 8 డిగ్రీల ఉష్ణోగ్రతలో నిల్వ చేస్తే సరిపోతుంది. అన్ని వయస్సుల వారిపై ఈ టీకా పనిచేస్తుందని, అమెరికాలో కొవిడ్-19 ముప్పునకు ఇది మంచి పరిష్కారం అవుతుందని భావిస్తున్నట్లు ఆక్యుజెన్ ఛైర్మన్ డాక్టర్ శంకర్ ముసునూరి వెల్లడించారు. భిన్న ప్రోటీన్లపై సమర్థంగా పనిచేస్తోంది: ఎన్నో రకాల వైరల్ ప్రొటీన్లపై కొవాగ్జిన్ టీకా సమర్థంగా పనిచేసిందని, ఎంతో భద్రమైనదని నిర్ధారణ అయినట్లు భారత్ బయోటెక్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ సీఎండీ డాక్టర్ కృష్ణ ఎల్ల వివరించారు. ఇప్పటికే మనదేశంలో అత్యవసర వినియోగంలో ఉన్న ఈ టీకాను ‘ఆక్యుజెన్’ తో కలిసి అమెరికా విపణికి అందించాలనే ఆలోచనతో ముందుకు సాగుతున్నామని తెలిపారు. తద్వారా ప్రజారోగ్యాన్ని కాపాడటంలో తమవంతు పాత్ర పోషిస్తామన్నారు. All I am saying is its good deal to get 55% profits without needing to start from scratch to sell in US. Licensing deals are always good if you can find. Quote

Yeah but not in this case at least, they should get approvals which will be taken care by nasdac and clincal trails.. So it's seems reasonable it is 45 %not 55% Quote
