IT lo FT positions - don’t take risk.. some companies take it very seriously.. you will be sued.. 

Move to consulting..

If they found your working for a competitor company it’s a red flag ... coincidentally if competitor comes up with a similar product you will be in trouble though this is rare ... avoid working in competitor company which has same bussiness intresets as the first company

if you are doing 2 jobs in 2 different tracks like Dev and QA. down the line you will forget both.
