We like to bury our heads in sanskar ans think indians don't do such things becase of our culture .

All of India's laws are outdated and not suitable for modern world . 

Think of India's laws as a cheap copy paste job of  ancient British laws

how would you go about updating these ancient british laws? what will be the moral underpinnings for such a change.. pls tell.

Its not sanskari, or brahminism or whatever. That's why I asked what India's native power structure/culture (both are the same) is, and how that would replace western liberal values to provide a working model. None of the HIndutva fcuks took up that question for obvious reasons.

The answer is simple. It is feudalism. India is a country made up of small feudals ruling their little region. State govts have majorly recreated this structure and have been far more successful than any union govt, because union govt cannot follow that structure.. 

India has never been a single union, except as a slave colony of the british. 

solution: India must be disbanded so local laws can get better and more tailored to people living there. India doesn't work anymore. Especially with the rise of overt hindutva. India is a mess.

British ruled India successfully because they understood how India works.

the current rulers (especially the hard hindutva fcuks) do not understand India.
