Wilful defaulters is one category other category business dhiwala theesi pay cheyyalenivallu. But India lo paper meedha ala choppinchadam peddha kastam kaadhu for rich people. Some accounts ni wilful kindha veyyaru anukunta. And once write-off aithe RBI or banks will not keep publishing those numbers. They will only concenrate on the amounts which they can get back.
