Try this option only if u have godfather personality in WITCH companies specifically CTS..or else that route is not that easy as everyone say..it can mess up the whole immigration status if things get messed afyer u move to Canada or India for a year..but its worth a shot than waiting for next 7 to 10 yrs ..like u are confident of making back even CTS messes up going out of country try it..

I was in similar thoughts in 2015 but friends warned it may not worth it specially that time I have spent 10yrs in the country as with family could not risk my status..

Heard that route is not that easy anymore. Indian companies witch are not doing like before.

Midsize companies and accenture is doing now a days.

My friend at CTS couldn't get through that route, he went to UK.

As backup UK is better now, started point based PR like Canada..2021 rules changed.

Full 120 K SO vastene 2015 touch aidda malli DOF ani doubt unde. Ippudu 1 month munde ban peekesaru. Unless FAD comes to mid 2012 for both EB2 and EB3, there is no way DoF will cross 2015.

IBM/Accenture and many mid size companies which operate in both US and Canada are doing this. I will never go through CTS and TCS crap.

Many non indian based companies are still doing it. I know a person who went to Europe office for a year , came back and applying in EB1 now. 

Even Amazon doing it for India office employees.
