Farmers didn't , my father is losing money when taking inflation into account . Infosys offered 3 lakhs in 2008...and about 3.2 lakhs in 2010 as their entry level salaries, campus selections. Imagine an IT worker who started his career in 2014 and made 3-4 lakhs per annum, the same guy in 2020 with six years of experience will make around 8-10 lakhs. Income has more than doubled. To improve this sector, paradigm shift is nessasary and we in that process, May be and other decade. it has been the same scene for the last two decades and now that we are acknowledging labor problem, solutions will arise soon.
