oh ok. But 140 premium valla use enti ? Attorney said 140 is only for GC.. ippudu EAD ravadaaniki 140 approval tho pani ledu ani..

Nidi different case bro midi first lone premium chesaru (they cannot send the entire aplication back as its filed concurrently) ,

Thats 100% correct , but if you want to use EAD/ AP its scary because manam velaka emina query padda or questions vachina no body will answer, and once 140 denies entire 485 will be gone , so its peace of mind if you have pplans to move out in 6 months , if you ahve plans to stay longer then no need , but looks like normal time be way longer with flood of applications, H1b season, with family immmigration opening
