Not necessarily. Multiple factors, correct price, showing profits, better safety standards unte okay. Tata steel ki unna  respect posco ki ledu in terms of safety. Ide Arcelormittal ki ammite I don't think they are interested in the steel plant for the wrong reasons, or making undertable deals with politicians.
