one of my friend who is getting 300 is just 2.5 years exp with masters degree. Try for amazon i think they will easily pick if you have 4 plus

You probably need to work on your linkedin profile then. I get messages all the time from FAANG recruiters. I am not ready for interview that's another issue.

Directly managers kuda messages pedataru. Amazon manager oka atanu 3 rd time recently checked with me if i am interested. I told i need to do leetcode  and need couple of months for prep.

Recruiters aey torture chestaru most of the times. Key is being ready for interview.
