Doesn't really matter which gets SO. Since people are now ready to upgrade  downgrade any time any number of times.  And most of them will be having both EB2 and EB3 140's anyway. 

so going forward both eb2 and eb3 will be in almost same date range.

Inko 3 months move aithe 2010 is cleared. The fastest movement ever since 2008. I hope the same happens with 2011.
