If u have both the names u don’t need to add that in the will or else add it in the will. Will lo lekapothe, it won’t go to ur spouse in case of death

no difference .. infact it is better to have wife's name on title (She doesnt have to be on loan) .. Just incase if something unexpected happens, it is easy for another person to settle the house

Title lo name untey she will be co owner .. Doesnt mean she can claim the house  .. Will gets higher priority ..
