I usually do 2/3 jobs all the time, never from 2010 I did not job and work only 10 hours in a day. But these days doing 4 jobs and it’s tough to manage working like 14 hrs in a day. Work being done 2/3 hours but meetings  taking time, how to avoid meetings ?
