Interest calculate cheyadam rada bro? For example 100 ki per year 3% interest anuku, you need to pay 3$ interest per year. divide it by 12 to get by month. Create a excel spread sheet for 360 lines (months). Subtract payment from the original amount - interest for the month. If you are paying 2 per month and 25 cents of interest then you need to subtract 1.75 from 100. you can do principal and interest by trail and error method.

This does not include, PMI, home insurance, Property Taxes and HOA.
