neku apart from interest there will be PMI, Home insurance, Property taxes (1%) and HOA. 

For loan amount 450k (500k ki 10% down chesaka), 1898 (principal and Interest) + 420 (Property taxes) + 50 (home insrance) + 100 (PMI) = 2493. Deni meda HOA extra

For loan amount 540k (600k ki 10% down taruvatha), 2276+505+60+120 = 2960. 

Above 2 doesnt include HOA. Ashburn lo HOA pagilipoddi, for example brambleton ane place lo 220 undi for townhome.

hmm entha expand chesinaaaa aaa traffic to DC sucks.. infact MD side aithe inka better....30 min to DC from any angle...especislly Laurel MD Area these days hot cake for DC commuters....
