bay area lo house rent + utilities ki 3k min. Grocery ki 500-100. Car emi’s untey avi okka 500-1000... kid untey private school ki 2k min. Day care kooda anthey.. manchi public school ki pampudam antey akkada rent 1k ekkuva...

so over all gaa monthly 1-2k kooda migalavu. Bay area lo illu konali antey 300k downpaymsnt cheyyali.. antey 10yrs save cheyyali.. kaani appatiki downpayment min 600k untadhi
