Ice apply chey inka unte chiropractor vellu vadi Physical therapy unte chepichko you can manage them naku slipped disc unde 1 year physcial therapy chepichkuna after that ipatki ostadi pain oka yoga mat, foam roller na life savers. aa rendu lekunte na day gadavadu.
