one needs to have a strong core foundation that includes spiritual, ethical and materialistic beliefs, books can help improve it in the areas you wish to focus, but one cannot completely reverse them, only those who got none till now may try to see them as life changing

complete character building/total realignment by reading books can be dangerous

48 laws of power can be great book but can make you lonely within quick time if one tries to implement these laws to practice

Richard dawkins is a known atheist, his views are needed only to hear the other side if one if religious, but overriding your entire life's beliefs is stupidity

disinformation can come in the form of nicely crafted atheism, same with religion too, i would trust a principle coming from a 3000 yr Vedic teaching than a 3 yr old Dawkins theory

read Rupert Sheldrakes "Science Set Free", science is yet to catch up on many things

he is in the same class of scientists who is into evolutionary biology
