For Data Engineer/Data Architect roles ki Philly area nunchi Dallas ki move avvadam career point of view - which is better in jobs for a H1B + EAD guy ?

H1B status thone Jobs ravali ante Dallas ok vuntundha ? considering more influence of desis connections, consulting companies etc

(Philly area lo kante definite ga Dallas lo full of referrrals lo jobs ayipothayi market loki raavu kada)

So, connnection antha ga leni vallaki Dallas ki move ok na ?

Philly is better IMO. NJ ki kuda trains untay if you are with the commute.

Dallas tech Market is hijacked. If you don’t have connections then it’s really hard to even secure a job. So learn some licking skills if you want to survive in Dallas.

Agreed. Dallas is worst place to secure a job if you have no social connections. I think Raleigh area is becoming another clone for Dallas nepotism model.
