Marriage ayyi 1 year avutundi. marriage ayyina 1 month ke differences. Can husband give divorce from USA. I know USA divorce is not valid in india. BUt USA lo valid ga? please suggest. Yes you can get no contest divorce from your wife without informing her and it will take 2-4 months depending on the process. You will use current address to serve the divorce papers to your wife as if she lives with you and after 2-3 failed attempt the server guy will give a statement that he couldn’t trace your wife and your lawyer will put up a ad or something and make it a no contest divorce. the advantage is your wife cannot ask US court to divide your US based assets (401k, cash, house, car, stock accounts etc) or if she has H4 she cannot use it to enter the country. this disadvantage is Indian courts will not accept this divorce since you did it without her consent.
