If you take divorce from USA without spouse consent, if your wife contested this in Indian courts you will be asked to come to India even if you don’t go to India now you will be on watch and your passport will be consficated when u go until the case is resolved. Try to solve amicably. Indian police and courts have more apathy towards NRI marriage issues Quote
