Covidshield 1 month lo produce chese vaccine, covaxin takes 1 year to produce. They are trying to scale up by establishing more plants.

it is still available in most of private hospitals... gov hospital lo max antha covishield a

Looks like out of 6 crores vaccines administered so far in India , covaxin is only 60 lakhs. Rest all covishield.
