I spent 10 months living in a hotel in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA with a team of 100 Indian SAP consultants. This is where I learned a lot about India. They taught me about Indian team spirit, working hard together to get the job done. I did not go home for 10 months. I spent 24/7 surrounded by my Indian SAP team. During the weekends I also partied with them. This is where I learned about Indian culture, religion, food, movies and ways of looking at the world.

I suspect, the whole IT was outsourced but backlash ochchindemo anduku client gadu making them work from hotel instead of office location fearing more protests
