Simple answer is 10 houses is very much possible. PPE loans tho kooda definitely possible.

Its all about scale, cost per door, location, etc. 

Baaga suburb (like 30-40 miles away from city center) lo each door $100K ki possible. Ala chooste 1M ki 10 houses. Depending on the scale of his existing business, # of people on his payroll etc enta PPE vachindo?

$100K/door is not a gold standard just an example. Tulsa area lo beater up houses $30K ki easy to get. I know few people whose livelihood for the past 3 years in Tulsa is - buy "junkies" for under 30K fix them up - and either rent or resell.
