if TS got a full time job that he is sure to do well, atleast he can be alleviated of 

1) visa issues

2) having a compromised health insurance and paying more where he can save hundreds effectively efficiently immediately 

3) many other benefits like 401(k) and god knows how many cool things he would start

consultancy emundi, if not A then B or C Or D...

Wait man.. PERM filing and approval is taking 1 year+ now a days. I know a couple of vuncles in my team pisking their vattal waiting for PERM approval as they are eligible for downgrade but they are waiting for PERM approval..

Considering advantages of being in FT, the TS might not have started his consideration of making the first step and I know a lot of consultancy supporters roaming in DB who do not want to lose out on their business
