Even if EB3 moves at 5 months pace, it can only reach mid 2012 by September. Eb2 will cross May 2011 in last quarter. With 135K SO, DOF moving beyond 2014 is still a big ???

GC situation lo no one thinks like that. when we are in that situation mind always wants to think about it. ran in to this

 My Priority date is Feb 28 2011. I filed my I-485 in EB2 category last October and received EAD/AP Combo card recently. While I am still on H1b with the same employer. My employer has offered to downgrade my I-140 to EB3 now. Is it advisable to downgrade to EB3 now?
