Even if EB3 moves at 5 months pace, it can only reach mid 2012 by September. Eb2 will cross May 2011 in last quarter. With 135K SO, DOF moving beyond 2014 is still a big ??? I filed my I-485 in EB2 category last October and received EAD/AP Combo card recently. While I am still on H1b with the same employer. My employer has offered to downgrade my I-140 to EB3 now.
