NB vadi cushioning lo vaade foam is light weight...compared to Adidas and Nike..they use heavy weight foam.. weight kanna Density is right word i think.

to support the structure of foam, vadu sole ni gattiga chestadu NB..

whereas for Adidas and Nike..they dont need to do that to provide structural integrity of that cushion

try sketchers....they are famous for memory foam type soles and they do have running/walking shoes as well.

naaku couple yrs back knee pain started...oka 2-3 months suffer ayyanu and also visited sport medicine specialist...he said everything looks good and suggested me new pair of shoe....once I started sketchers for daily office/regular days...oka 1 month lo all good.....then I bought running shoes and all good so far
