I personally would blame modi & central govt more than state govts for the current situation. Proper guidelines ivvadam central govt responsibility. Ela aithey last year lock down petti anni states implement chesela chesaro alagey proper guidelines ivvalsindi.

center needs to give money to states if they say lockdown so mosha kept it on to states

Lol AP lo last week nunchi chala centres lo testing apesaru. I asked in my mandal why are you guys not testing ani? High officials nunchi orders anta tests stop cheyamani.

2. Sending medical Kits to every positive tested patient

3. Providing food to Low income people who cant work now due to Pandemic

4. Controlling and regulating prices for medications, and procedures and including this in to Aarogyasri 

5. Doing more than 1 lakh tests a day and presenting real numbers

6. Awareness campaigns for Covid and Mental health due to this

7. COVID care centers for safety quarantines  

8. Partial Lockdown to control this, and have peoples livelihood balanced.
