There's no need for anyone to 'lead'.

First they all have to get together and agree on a common minimum programme now. The parties in the coalition can change, the CMP must be the commitment for every party that wishes to be part of the coalition.

They can canvass for 2024 based on this 'common minimum program' in their own states. No need of a PM figure.. They can even make mock the current 'strong' leader, with no vision, no plan of action whatever..

who'll be the PM can be decided after the elections.

The need of the hour is to send BJP packing... especially to send Modi into retirement and obscurity, where he would die a lonely and painful death like LK Advani will at some point in the near future.

Who will 'lead' this coalition is a pointless question.

potential component members of this coalition should be looking at decentralization of powers than trying to become the top boss. That game will always be won by a national party.. never by regional parties. If anyone mamata, Stalin, or Vijayan tries to do it, they will lose to BJP.
