Yes that was because of the high court verdict not to stop Ambulances...So they have to allow..... but the government put this clause so that they can have control and still reject on per case basis...Its like a loop hole..

According to the affidavit filed by TS Govt in High Court there are only 4000 cases and no shortage of anything ... So not sure what to believe..

are dhed dimag la unnav..i lost my father in similar situation last year. He died of covid and rejected by many hospitals in hyd to take him in and we could not save him. Dont think that you are the only *** guy who knows truth and ground reality. Have some patience and listen to other side of story.
