Not being possessive but these easy downgrades are the worst. How the fk are they allowed?

Eb2 upgrade avvalante market test and all other processes unnay. Why not for downgrade? Why not market test and other processes required for downgrade? Eb3 means it's not skilled. Don't they need to prove that there aren't non skilled workers here in USA as citizens or GC? not sure if I'm missing something.

Bro FT is not the point getting a FT job is very easy now a days. It's more about hassle free travel, ability to start other businesses, GC vaste after 5 years you can sponsor your parents and so on..
