2 big holes in their analysis:

1. They expect just 1 month of numbers to be left if USCIS uses all the 280k visas. USCIS published numbers it self say 25k will be left over after using all visas, which is more like half year of visas left not 1 month.

2. They are assuming all 50k spillover goes to eb2 India which is not correct. We won't know until Q2 how the spillover will be allocated.
