Based on where you are trying to relocate to, I can offer some help perhaps. 

Are you going to be WFH or do you have to commute to work? That will decide where you want to live

Not worth your time bro... you will end up paying more if you lose it.. 150-200 aite edo okati charge chestaru.. inko 200 extra ayyindi neeku.. they have targets to collect every month on vacating apartments.. 

if you live in California and close by to the court, you can try.. but if you moved out, it is definitely not worth it...
