Can we buy Auctioned houses via loan

mostly cash, some might allow but it's 1 in a 1000 cases. Auction houses has lot of headached, unless you have a very good idea of costs for repairs, replacements, teardowns etc., it's not wise to jump in to auctions. look for foreclosed or shortsales instead (There aren't any foreclosures now due to covid).

Is it true bro some times existing owner/tenant moving out responsibility kuda manade naa?? Vaadu loan katadu anta and lawyer ni pettukuntadu anta kada

True - vunna tenants ki oka 6 months rent return ichi pampinchina cases kuda vunnaayi, it’s even hard proces to deal with some tenants.

yep, it's called cash for keys. unnecessary headaches unless it's your FT job
