There will be shortages of medicine, oxygen, hospitals because all these are controlled by upper castes. Only thing which doesnt have shortages is food controlled by working castes. All these "medhavs" are really caste fanatics. I could easily seee that in undavalli, IYR. Atleast mudragada is open about it. At the same time there is strong anti kamma feeling too.
