Who recommended? Daham ayithe tagu bhayya water urike enduku tagatam and drink room temperature water, warm water not good in long term

yupp food thinatle for next 3-4 hours maybe I will try that tmrw and see if it works.

😯 anything over a liter at once is dangerous but we can drink max 3-4 liters throughout the day

Yupp usually water thagaka 3-4 hours varaku em thinatle.. i think that is the problem!
