If ots direct eb2 or eb3 you can do with old mestri as future employment, if it involves downgrade no I think

You can join later after ead

Old employer file cheyyochu.. EAD vachaka join avvadam formality anukunta not strict rule.. maa attorney dont have to, we can do something annadu..
