Apologies for late reply. Hopefully you got ur card. Ours was Nebraska. We applied h1b extension with PP and h4 ead extension.

Applied end of Jan, h1b approved first week of feb, got finger print request for h4 probably mid April. EAD was approved end of may, H4 got approved couple of days after.
