Long weekend ki mari ekva ayyi chiraku ochi aapesa inka last 5 days nundi nidrosthalledu. Exercise chesina maha aithe 4 hours nidrosthundi adi kuda chaala kashta padithe. Thikka thikka ga untundi due to drowsiness and withdrawl pangs. Anyone faced the same or any tips who know more on this subject.
