Anyone faced the same or any tips who know more on this subject. Help is highly appreciated :)

I went through that phase. you need to fill up your time with something else that is interesting/exciting. I chose movies(finished imdb top1000) and stock trading(spend all the time left on trading sites and forums/reddit)

Meditation cheyi bro yoga etc will help you, also konni rojulu for few days set ayevaraku manchi food thinu like ghee rich biryani etc etc nice dessert may be , forget aboout stress etc take offf for day or two if possibility unte
