2008 opening ceremony is new level... They had large stadium full size rolling display....  . I'm still amazed...

120" display costs 100k even now... They had 300 feet size ...

Congress made 1000 crores .  One toilet paper roll is 135$

Over 10 billion dollars was spent for 2010 CEG games . Huge diversion of funds to delhi infrastructure which should have gone to the poorest parts of india . 

Personally we know Nellore  contractor was arrested for 300 crores scam of footbridge and other civil  works . Hundreds of 5 k rs Chinese AC was billed at 50k under his name but in actuality he was just benami. 

And the worst part is no one is charged , indian Administration , judiciary  is a joke. 

It is really funny to see people  think that  india is in anyway a threat to china ,the gap between the countries is increasing exponentially every year

Agree . In china corruption is only at top level ... That too very limited.  There is favoritism and lobbying, but quality of work and wastage of public money is less. 

India is 90% waste ...10 % usage..
