Galla jayadev garu worth thousands of crores forced the house owner of his rented house in Guntur and got it for cheap .  Ramoji rao also does this , if he gets any property  for rent he will never vacate it no matter what . You will be forced to sell it for peanuts

Don't rent  to , sell or buy  from politicians in india no matter which party or how good his name is .
