I saw Dalton woods price cut to 49k$ inka konni listings lo prices reduced to 16$k  ani choostunna.. And some of my friends saying that market is going down across all areas in clt.. I have no clue about it..

Not  sure why all of the sudden Dalton woods reduces its price

Dalton woods price cut is due to following reasons:

1. No kids park, community house, pool

2. Current move in ready town homes have veedhi potu 

3. November move in townhomes are all south facing

4. Can only be used as primary residence atleast initially that’s the condition

5. Backyard too close to road

6. Couple of townhomes of similar size came into market in the same area 2017 built for much lesser price around 320-330k.

This is driving away indians from buying though highland creek is hot area. Initially they were very demanding now they are begging people to buy.

What I heard is demand in Charlotte are dropped 10% compared to May sales but prices are still competitive.
