Huntersville is a very good community bro, very nice city and good number of multi cultural population but it's more expensive even compared to Concord which itself is very over priced now. Think about that. 

Kannapolis is fine but it's a little far away from the city, if you are okay with that it's not a bad option. But some neighborhoods in Kannapolis aren't that good in terms of schooling district etc

Ballantyne forget it man, Uncles who came in early 2000s kabzafied the whole area, some houses are selling for 1 million there.

yes true... Everything is lottery now and they started to go for bidding now a days.. You should be so lucky..One of my frnd purchased a basement semi finished @650k.. that too in a lottery

Marvin school district lo near Waxhaw bidding starts from 750k anta these days. 

That way I don't feel bad at all paying 740k for a house in California. Thokkalo NC/SC border lo house ki 750 enti man

yes dude... the first one TM builder the base price starting from 500k - 525k

the second one is very far to the concord..one of my neighbour bought last year @390k.. but the price went high now.. No clue with the price

Area between ballantyne and mathews .. you can get a house for $400 - $600k. Schools are good.
