Dude all these things will not matter unless its written on agreement signed by your sister that she's agreeing for this sharing. If not your sister can come back and ask for share in 5cr. You cannot say your father gave 2.5 already as its not documented anywhere. Be very careful and write those agreements even if it's hurting sentiments. Courts are very partial towards women.
