Always do Special PA, not GeneralPA(GPA). Special power of attorney is for only for one perticular transaction whereas GPA is for any number of any transactions on your behalf. Why embassy? Any notarized person has authority right? anyone has format for SPA for getting property registered in india on our name when we buy from usa. Quote

Do notary and also attestation from embassy. we did recently and got back docs in 1 week. Quote
