Indian embassy in USA. It’s special gpa. 
be specific with the property address and other details.

Always do Special PA, not GeneralPA(GPA). Special power of attorney is for only for one perticular transaction whereas GPA is for any number of any transactions on your behalf.  Why embassy? Any notarized person has authority right?
 

anyone has format for SPA for getting property registered in india on our name when we buy from usa.

Do notary and also attestation from embassy. we did recently and got back docs in 1 week.

for LIC home loan, I got Gpa notarised and apostilled from secretory of state’s office.

Any one has special power of attorney for buying property on our name and giving permission to representative in india. If it is gift deed can 32A doc works? Can any one send me please
